Avitat Lift Apartment

The Avitat Lift Apartment, delivered in March 2025, is an outstanding example of how intelligent design can transform urban living. Located in the heart of San Salvador, this project focused on optimizing a two-bedroom apartment, where every square meter was maximized through custom-made furniture and rigorous spatial planning.

The Challenge: Functionality and Style in High-Rise Living

The primary challenge at the Avitat Lift Apartment was to create a sense of spaciousness and luxury within a compact architectural floor plan. Our strategy was built on three pillars:
Spatial Planning: We redefined the layout to improve the flow between the kitchen and the social area, eliminating visual barriers.
Custom Cabinetry: We designed fixed woodwork pieces that integrate seamlessly with the architecture, providing hidden storage without cluttering the visual field.
Material Selection: We used a palette of neutral colors and warm textures to enhance natural light and create an atmosphere of calm and sophistication.

Executed Interior Design Services

To ensure the final result remained faithful to the client’s vision, Tree Architecture managed every detail of the creative and construction process:
3D Conceptual Design: We presented photorealistic visualizations that allowed the client to preview the combination of textures before making any purchases.
Procurement & Vendor Management: We coordinated the fabrication and installation of all furniture and lighting, ensuring high-quality standards and strict adherence to deadlines.
Interior Curation: We provided expert guidance on the final selection of textiles and accessories to provide the definitive "home" feel.
