Santa Rosa Apartment

The Santa Rosa Apartment project, completed in June 2021, laid the groundwork for our residential interior design methodology. Located in the exclusive Santa Rosa Urban Complex in Santa Tecla, this project focused on the complete personalization of a two-bedroom apartment, where spatial planning and the selection of textures played a crucial role in creating a cozy and sophisticated atmosphere.

The Challenge: Identity and Comfort in Every Detail

The goal for the Santa Rosa Apartment was to transform a standard architectural floor plan into a home with its own identity. Our interior design intervention in Santa Tecla addressed three fundamental aspects:
Space Optimization: We reevaluated the layout to maximize the functionality of common areas, ensuring an intuitive and seamless flow between the living room, dining area, and kitchen.
Custom Furniture: We designed specific cabinetry and woodwork tailored to the apartment's dimensions, ensuring that each piece was not only aesthetic but also utilized every available centimeter for storage and use.
Warm Atmosphere: We selected a palette of materials and finishes that provide warmth, achieving that perfect balance between a modern style and a "homey" feel.

Execution and Project Support Services
