Oasis del Litoral Beach Hostal

The Oasis del Litoral Beach Hostel project, developed in February 2022, serves as a benchmark for spatial optimization on the Salvadoran coast. Located at the vibrant El Palmarcito beach in La Libertad, this two-level architectural design successfully integrated 12 comfortable rooms, recreational areas, and services into a functional and aesthetically appealing proposal.

The Challenge: Density and Comfort on the Coast

The primary challenge for the Oasis del Litoral Beach Hostel was to maximize land profitability without sacrificing the guest experience. Our solution focused on an efficient two-level distribution:
Lodging Capacity: 12-room design ensuring privacy and thermal comfort by optimizing natural cross-ventilation, a key feature of the coastal environment.
Social Areas: Fluid integration of a restaurant area and a central pool, creating a social hub that serves as the heart of the project.
Coastal Aesthetics: Use of materials and forms that engage in a dialogue with the El Palmarcito environment, offering an image that is both modern and welcoming.

Comprehensive Solution: From Topography to Permitting

To ensure the investment was secure and viable, Tree Architecture executed all technical and legal phases of the project:
Site Studies: We began with a precise topographic survey and soil analysis to determine the appropriate foundation system for the coastal sandy terrain.
Architectural Visualization: We developed a three-dimensional (3D) model and photorealistic renders that allowed the client to validate aesthetics and function before construction.
Engineering and Permitting: We completed the specialized designs (structural, electrical, and hydraulic) and managed all construction permits, ensuring the project complied with all current local regulations.
